The daily wages of seasonal agricultural workers increased by 84.2% compared to the previous year, reaching 943 TL. Meanwhile, the monthly wages of permanent workers rose by 95.5%, reaching 26,259 TL.

WAGES INCREASED BY 84%
The wages of seasonal male workers increased by 84.8% to 1,007 TL, while the daily wages of female workers increased by 85.9% to 890 TL. The monthly wage paid to permanent agricultural workers increased by 94.8% to 27,788 TL for male workers, while it increased by 90.5% to 19,328 TL for female workers.
THE HIGHEST DAILY WAGE FOR SEASONAL WORKERS WAS PAID IN RIZE PROVINCE
In 2024, the highest daily wage payment made to seasonal agricultural workers in agricultural enterprises was 2,032 TL for male workers and 1,960 TL for female workers in Rize province. The lowest wage payment was 753 TL for male workers in Adana and 569 TL for female workers in Hatay province.
THE HIGHEST MONTHLY WAGE FOR PERMANENT MALE WORKERS WAS PAID IN ARDAHAN PROVINCE
When looking at the monthly wages paid to permanent agricultural workers in agricultural enterprises, it was observed that Ardahan had the highest payment for male workers at 39,133 TL, while İzmir had the highest payment for female workers at 18,152 TL. The lowest wages were recorded in Antalya province, with 18,267 TL for male workers and 17,637 TL for female workers.
