However, the incident unexpectedly developed after the warning. The citizen who picked up the trash said, "Let me throw it here," and this time threw the trash under the vehicle. Mayor Yılmaz, unable to hide his astonishment at this behavior, reacted sharply to the citizen, saying, "Quickly take it from there."

As the tension rose, the citizen defended himself with the words, "I am mentally challenged."
