In an interview with Politico, Trump argued that Iran's military capacity has suffered a severe blow, claiming that the Tehran administration's targets to strike and missile launchers are increasingly diminishing. Trump stated, "Iran's area to strike is running out. They have suffered great losses, and the missile launchers are running out."
"OUR AMMUNITION IS UNLIMITED"
Touching on the US's ammunition capacity, Trump emphasized that Washington's military power is quite strong, saying, "Our mid and high-level ammunition and similar materials are unlimited. We are stockpiling them and continue to produce."
"49 HIGH-LEVEL IRANIAN LEADERS HAVE BEEN KILLED"
Trump also responded to a question about whether it is still possible to work with a new administration in Iran. Noting that many high-ranking figures in Iran have lost their lives, Trump said, "No, it is not too late yet. 49 high-level Iranian leaders have been killed. New names are emerging. There are many people who want this position, and some of them could be very good."
While Trump's statements drew attention, the contradiction arose from the fact that the US President previously used the phrase "It's already too late" in a post on his Truth Social account.

Trump noted that defense industry companies are also accelerating their production according to wartime conditions. Stating that defense firms in the US are working under emergency directives, Trump expressed that the conflicts could end within a few days but could last a maximum of another 4 to 5 weeks.
