As the water level rose rapidly, citizens looking for a solution lined up chairs from the coffee house to create a path for themselves. While escaping this way from the water accumulation, many houses' yards and streets in the neighborhood were also filled with water.

Authorities warned that the rainfall could continue and advised citizens to be cautious. Approximately 100 kilograms of rain fell per square meter in the neighborhood within an hour.
