The extraordinary congress debates in CHP are moving to the judiciary. The team supporting Özgür Özel, stating that despite having 833 delegates' signatures, the Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu administration has not called for a congress, will request the appointment of a congress committee from the civil court of peace today. If the request is accepted, CHP will hold an extraordinary congress within at most 45 days.
The team supporting Özgür Özel will apply to the court today to request the appointment of a "convocation committee" to the party, as the administration of Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, who returned to the CHP General Chairmanship with a decision of absolute nullity, has not called for an extraordinary convention.
The crisis that began after the Ankara Regional Court of Justice 36th Civil Chamber's "absolute nullity" decision on May 21 terminated the duties of Özgür Özel and party organs is moving to a new phase.

833 DELEGATES' SIGNATURES HAD BEEN DELIVERED
Following the decision and the ensuing internal division within the party, Özgür Özel delivered the signatures he collected from delegates to the CHP Headquarters on June 17. The Özel faction, presenting 833 delegates' signatures and the declaration of intent from Istanbul delegates, demanded that a convention be called and gave the Kılıçdaroğlu administration a 10-day period.
CONVOCATION COMMITTEE WILL BE REQUESTED FROM THE COURT
As no convention call was made within the given period, Özel's team will apply to the civil court of peace today. The collected signatures will also be submitted to the court in the application petition.
If the court accepts the request for the appointment of a convocation committee, a committee will be formed tasked with taking the CHP to an extraordinary convention. Following the decision, it is anticipated that the extraordinary convention will be held within at most 45 days.
