Tamar Tanrıyar, who was under investigation for her remarks on social media, surrendered to security forces in Kuşadası. She was released by the court under judicial supervision.
In the Kuşadası district of Aydın, Tamar Tanrıyar, who had an ex officio investigation launched against him for 'Insulting the President' and 'Publicly spreading misleading information' due to videos he shared on social media, and for whom a arrest warrant was issued, surrendered to the police waiting for him after disembarking from the Panama-flagged cruise ship.
SURRENDERED TO THE WAITING POLICE
It was determined that Tamar Tanrıyar, against whom an ex officio investigation was launched by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office for the crimes of 'Insulting the President' and 'Publicly spreading misleading information' and for whom an arrest warrant was issued, left the country via the Marmaris Maritime Border Gate on June 23 and was on the Panama-flagged cruise ship docked at Kuşadası Port. Teams from the Kuşadası District Police Department's Public Order Bureau took precautions at the port. Tanrıyar, who disembarked from the ship, surrendered to the police waiting for him.
RELEASED UNDER JUDICIAL CONTROL
Tamar Tanrıyar was referred to the Kuşadası Courthouse after his procedures at the police station. Tanrıyar was released by the court under judicial control conditions.
