COURT REJECTS 250 THOUSAND EURO DEMAND
The legal battle of the couple, who ended their 10-year marriage under the shadow of infidelity allegations, had moved to Italy. Previously, a decision had been made for Icardi to pay, including child support, interest, and court costs, but the star footballer's camp quickly appealed this decision. According to information shared by famous Italian journalist Nicolo Schira, at the rehearing in Milan, Italy, the court ruled and the judge rejected Wanda Nara's request for temporary alimony of exactly 250 thousand euros per month from Mauro Icardi.
WANDA NARA'S INCOME FOUND SUFFICIENT
The most important detail that changed the course of the case was the court's reasoning. The panel of judges ruled that Wanda Nara's current economic situation and personal income are at a quite sufficient level, and therefore Icardi does not need to pay this exorbitant amount. With this decision, Icardi emerged victorious from the alimony standoff with his ex-wife before the law.
