The Turkish Football Federation shared a statement regarding the Europa League final to be played at Tüpraş Stadium and the possible Beşiktaş-Fenerbahçe derby in the Turkish Cup. The TFF announced that the potential Beşiktaş-Fenerbahçe derby will be played at Tüpraş Stadium on one of the dates of May 5, 6, or 7, rather than on the planned dates of May 12, 13, or 14.
After the quarter-final draw in the Ziraat Turkey Cup, there was a possibility that Beşiktaş and Fenerbahçe would face each other in the semi-finals. It was announced that the semi-final matches in the cup would be played on May 12, 13, or 14.
BEŞİKTAŞ FACES UEFA EUROPA LEAGUE FINAL OBSTACLE
If Beşiktaş and Fenerbahçe eliminate their opponents in the cup and reach the semi-finals, Beşiktaş may not be able to play the big derby at their home ground. Due to the UEFA Europa League final being held on May 20, it is expected that UEFA will take over the stadium a week in advance for maintenance. Accordingly, the black-and-whites will not be able to play a potential match against Fenerbahçe at their home ground.

TFF made a statement announcing that the potential Beşiktaş-Fenerbahçe derby would be played at Tüpraş Stadium a week before the planned dates of May 12, 13, or 14.

Beşiktaş Park Stadium will host the UEFA Europa League Final on Wednesday, May 20, 2026.
Due to the final match, Beşiktaş Park Stadium must be handed over to UEFA after May 10. Therefore, if Beşiktaş advances to the semi-finals of the Ziraat Turkey Cup, the semi-final match scheduled for May 12, 13, or 14 will be moved to one of the dates of May 5, 6, or 7.
The other semi-final match will be played on one of the previously announced dates of May 12, 13, or 14. The final schedules will be announced after the quarter-final matches.
