"MY BROTHER-IN-LAW CALLED TO DISCUSS THE PARKING ISSUE"

Speaking about the incident, Hüseyin Teke's brother-in-law Hasan Can Taşçı said, "It is a very dramatic event. My brother-in-law was killed because of a parking dispute. My brother-in-law is coming home, he calls the dealer Seyfettin B. about the cars in the parking lot. He says, 'What are we going to do about the parking issue, when will we tow the cars? Let's do something.' Seyfettin suddenly reacts by saying, 'You can't call me about this issue.' These people know each other, they greet each other, they talk. There is no animosity between them. Later, my brother-in-law says, 'Why can't I ask you something? When will these cars be towed?' Seyfettin replies, 'Who are you to ask me anything?' Then whatever happens, my brother-in-law goes out in front of the door. He tells his wife and children not to open the door, 'We will argue.' At that moment, my 11-year-old niece is looking through the door and sees the whole incident. Then, just when a resolution was about to be reached, the guns go off," he said.

"SHOT IN THE HEART AND ARMS"

Taşçı stated that his brother-in-law was shot from behind while returning home, saying, "My brother-in-law tries to hold the gun, and in the meantime, the gun fires again, hitting Seyfettin B. in the leg. Then, as a result of the scuffle, my brother-in-law is shot twice in the heart and in the arms. My sister reached us. She first called 112 and then informed us. Blood was coming from my brother-in-law's mouth. Then my sister already thinks he is dead. We came immediately. Then when we went to the hospital, we received the news of his death. He was married and had two children. One is 11, and the other is 4 and a half years old. They are devastated. They are orphaned. We trust justice until the end. We are on the side of justice. Because we are not thugs. It happens in front of his child, and the child there says, 'Seyfettin uncle, even if the whole parking lot was yours, why did you shoot my dad?' Seyfettin's father, Uncle Yakup, comes and cries loudly. His mother screams, 'Son, don't do it.' Why would someone want to take another's life? Our pain is very great," he expressed.
