The delegation, which examined the columns, beams, and floors of the building, concluded that it would be appropriate to evaluate the building as 'heavily damaged' due to the significant impact of the fire, especially on the 4th and 5th floors, in accordance with the Damage Assessment General Communiqué No. 7663 and disaster impact assessment studies."
