8 PROPERTIES WILL BE PRIVATIZED

Accordingly, three properties in the Gölbaşı district of Ankara, two in the Yenimahalle district, one in the Çukurova district of Adana, and one property each in the Didim and Kuşadası districts of Aydın will be privatized through the "sale" method.

The bid document fee for the properties has been set between 5,000 lira and 25,000 lira, and the temporary guarantee fee has been determined to be between 600,000 lira and 17 million lira.

AUCTIONS

Investors wishing to participate in the auction must submit their bids for the properties in Gölbaşı, Ankara by February 18, and for the properties in Yenimahalle, Ankara, and in Adana and Aydın by February 19.

The auctions will be conducted by receiving bids from multiple bidders and will be concluded through negotiation and open bidding.
