Nail Yener, a disabled shepherd in the Çokak neighborhood of Andırın district, was first slapped and then beaten to a pulp with a stick by a young girl named S.G. His sister, M.G., recorded these moments on her mobile phone second by second. After this incident surfaced on social media, the two young girls were detained and brought to court, accusing the disabled shepherd of "harassing us." Following this accusation, the disabled shepherd was taken into custody and released after giving his statement.
THE INTERROGATION OF THE TWO GIRLS CONTINUES
Shepherd Yener, in response to questions from the press about the incident, said, "I was grazing animals when they came and beat me. They hit me on the head with a stick in the end. I was left covered in blood. They beat me so much that I barely escaped and went home." Yener also stated that the young girls wanted alcohol and assaulted him when he refused. He later went home with his family. Meanwhile, the interrogation of the two sisters at the courthouse continues.
