The district with the highest number of criminal incidents in Istanbul is Esenyurt, with 22,092 crimes, followed by Fatih with 16,283 crimes in second place, and Küçükçekmece in third place with 14,977 crimes. The district with the least crime in the megacity is Adalar, with 403 crimes. It is worth noting that Esenyurt recently made headlines due to an operation carried out at the home of a suspect accused of abusing a 14-year-old child.

While there has been a notable increase in the number of criminal incidents in Istanbul recently, the districts where the most criminal events occur in the Megacity have been listed one by one.

According to the data shared by journalist Emrullah Erdinç, the district with the highest number of criminal incidents in Istanbul is Esenyurt, with 22,092 crimes, followed by Fatih with 16,283 crimes.

PENDIK RANKED 4TH

In the 3rd place of the list is Küçükçekmece with 14,977 crimes. The district with the 4th highest number of criminal incidents is Pendik, with 13,863 crimes, while the other districts in the list are as follows;

5. Kadıköy (12,787 crimes)

6. Ümraniye (11,759 crimes)

7. Gaziosmanpaşa (11,332 crimes)

8. Bağcılar (11,084 crimes)

9. Şişli (10,910 crimes)

10. Beyoğlu (10,762 crimes)

THE SAFEST DISTRICT IS ADALAR

According to the information shared in the video by Erdinç on his X account, the district with the least crime in Istanbul is Adalar, with 403 crimes.
