ALL EYES ON THE REPORT FROM VAN
On the day the investigation began, August 21, after the arrest of uncle Salim on September 2, the discovery of the body on September 8, and the detention of 23 family members on the same day, evidence collected from the homes, barns, and vehicles of these individuals was sent to the Van Gendarmerie Criminal Regional Laboratory by the JASAT teams.
WILL THE CODES OF THE MURDER BE SOLVED?
It has been reported that the report regarding fingerprint, clothing DNA findings, nail, and saliva samples that could show genotype compatibility from cigarette butts, as well as blood and hair samples taken from items and materials in the house, barn, and surrounding annexes where Narin may have been killed, will be completed this week and sent to the Diyarbakır Chief Public Prosecutor's Office conducting the investigation. It was noted that the details of the DNA findings in the report could significantly contribute to solving the codes of the murder.
NEW DETENTIONS MAY OCCUR
It has been learned that 3 expert personnel assigned to the witness protection program by the Ministry of Interior were sent to Diyarbakır, and some individuals from the family and village were interviewed as secret witnesses. Based on the statements taken, it was noted that new detentions may occur in the village in the coming days.
