With the minimum wage, the base amount for severance pay has risen to 26,004 TL. The ceiling for severance pay is determined by the salary increase rate for civil servants.

The final figure will be determined by the change in the monthly coefficient for civil servants announced by the Ministry of Treasury and Finance.

The fee for paid military service is also being redefined according to the monthly coefficient for civil servants.
