In some municipalities in Istanbul, a probe has been initiated regarding the allegation that certain mayors and senior executives of municipalities organized tender processes by bribing mayors, ensuring that tenders were awarded to their own companies. As part of this investigation, a detention order has been issued for 47 suspects, including members of a criminal organization led by "Aziz İhsan Aktaş".
