An accident occurred on the North Marmara Highway in Silivri, Istanbul, where a passenger bus collided with a car. Two people lost their lives in the accident, and one person was injured. Footage from the bus's interior camera has also emerged.

PASSENGER BUS COLLIDED WITH CAR

The accident took place around 4:00 PM at the Kınalı toll booths on the North Marmara Highway in Silivri. According to the information obtained, the passenger bus with license plate 59 ALV 748, traveling towards Istanbul, collided with the car with license plate 59 ADN 734 as it approached the toll booths, causing the vehicles to become stuck between the concrete blocks of the toll booths.

2 PEOPLE LOST THEIR LIVES

Passengers on the bus who witnessed the accident alerted the authorities, leading to the dispatch of fire, gendarmerie, and medical teams, creating a scene of chaos at the accident site. Teams rescued G.Ş. (16), who was trapped inside the vehicle, and transported him to the hospital in serious condition. The mother, Fatma Şengün, and Emin Şengün, who were inside the vehicle, lost their lives at the scene, and after the examination, the bodies of Fatma and Emin Şengün were taken to the morgue.
