Emine Gülnar E., a mother of three living in Denizli, caught messages from another woman on her husband's phone. Suspecting that her husband G.E. wanted to send her to his family's home, Emine Gülnar E. made a plan with her friend to uncover the betrayal. G.E. dropped Emine Gülnar E. off at the bus station to go to her family's home. After getting on the bus, Emine Gülnar E. got off a little while later and followed her husband. Seeing that her husband was meeting with the married C.D. who was cheating on her, the woman kept her composure and continued her pursuit. Later, after the couple entered the apartment, the woman went to the apartment and recorded the moments of betrayal with her mobile phone.

After the incident, Emine Gülnar E. stated that the woman who was with her husband continued her life, but her own life had fallen apart, saying, "I had looked at the messages that came to my husband's phone. I never let on that I saw the messages that came later. Then I saw that he was looking for daily apartments on social media pages. I didn't let on again. My husband wanted to send me to my family's home. My grandmother was ill. I said 'Okay' but I didn't go. I had arranged for my friend a day in advance. My husband put me on the bus at the bus station. After the bus left the station a little, I got off. After getting off the bus, I gave the children to my friend, but since my eldest son never left my side, I didn't separate him from me. My husband's lover picked him up in her car. Then they went to the apartment. I waited downstairs for a while to catch them in an inappropriate situation. I went upstairs and knocked on the door. They didn't open the door the first time I knocked. They opened it the second time. And I recorded their videos in such an inappropriate position; they attacked me.
