The areas of artificial intelligence usage are expanding rapidly. Most recently, Yunus Kaplan, who lives in Sultangazi, Istanbul, found a solution in artificial intelligence after the repairman he called for his broken refrigerator asked for 12,000 TL. Thanks to the application, Kaplan managed to repair the refrigerator with only a cost of 1,000 TL, stating, "I did what it said, and it worked instantly."
Artificial intelligence, which we use in almost every area of our daily lives, has now repaired a refrigerator. A citizen named Yunus Kaplan, living in Sultangazi, called for service for his broken refrigerator. The service technician who came to his home determined after his inspection that the refrigerator's motor and motherboard were faulty, estimating a repair cost of 12,000 TL.
FOUND THE COST TOO HIGH
Kaplan sent the technician back after giving him a small tip. Not understanding repair work, Yunus Kaplan began to investigate the fault in the refrigerator with the help of artificial intelligence applications. Making measurements with the tools he had, Kaplan learned that the problem was caused by the converter, chip, and fuse on the board.
During his online research, Kaplan contacted a technician he met and accepted the offer to send a new board for 1,000 TL instead of dealing with the repair of the board. Shortly after receiving the board, Kaplan installed it in the refrigerator and saw that the device was working perfectly.
COST ONLY 1000 TL
Stating that he only incurred a total cost of 1,000 TL, Yunus Kaplan said, "My refrigerator had broken down. The authorized service came and checked the refrigerator. First, they looked at the motor, then the motherboard and inverter board. Then they told me that the motherboard and motor were faulty, estimating a cost of 12,000 TL. I was surprised when I heard 12,000 TL. I said, 'Okay, technician, you can go,' and I put away his tip and sent him off. Then I did a little research with artificial intelligence. I already had tools here. I took measurements and so on.
They said the converter, chip, and fuse were faulty. I researched online. I came across a technician. The technician told me, 'Don't bother with the repair of the board, I'll send you a board for 1,000 TL.' He sent the board, and as soon as I installed it in the refrigerator, it worked. It cost me 1,000 TL, but I avoided the 12,000 TL expense," he expressed.
