The fluctuations in exchange rates and oil prices continue to affect fuel prices. Following the ceasefire between Israel and Iran, gasoline prices were reduced by 2.63 Turkish lira, while diesel prices saw a decrease of 4.03 Turkish lira at the pump. The reduction in diesel prices was the largest single decrease in terms of liters in the country's history.
With the ceasefire between Israel and Iran, the falling oil prices have been reflected as a reduction in fuel prices.
Last month, oil prices fell below 60 dollars, rising to 79 dollars. The oil prices, which increased with the war that Israel started against Iran on June 13, have returned to pre-war levels with the ceasefire that began the day before yesterday.
