It was learned that the young actress's lifeless body was found by her mother, and it was announced that İrtem's funeral will be held in her hometown of İzmir on Wednesday.

HER MOTHER FOUND HER LIFELESS BODY
A heartbreaking detail has emerged about the agonizing moments at the home of Ece İrtem, whose sudden death brought grief to her family, the art community, and all of Turkey. According to the latest information; her mother, realizing her daughter had not woken up despite it being midday, encountered the young actress's lifeless body when she entered her room. It was learned that the grieving mother, who found her daughter in that state, suffered a nervous breakdown.
"HEART ATTACK ACCORDING TO INITIAL FINDINGS"
Following the tragic incident, Ece İrtem's lawyer, Uğur Gökkoyun, made an official statement informing the public. Stating that the incident occurred around 12:00 PM while İrtem was at her own home with her mother, Gökkoyun said the following:
"According to initial findings, we believe she passed away due to a heart attack. The investigation is ongoing. The definitive result will be clarified by the autopsy report. When the autopsy report is released, the public will be informed separately. We extend our condolences to her family and all her loved ones."

The funeral program for Ece İrtem, who was referred to the Forensic Medicine Institute for detailed autopsy procedures to determine the exact cause of death, has also been announced. After the procedures are completed, the young actress's body will be received from the institution by her father, a retired prosecutor. Barring any changes in plans, Ece İrtem will be bid a tearful farewell on Wednesday, June 17, with a ceremony held in her hometown, İzmir.
