However, despite the giant waves caused by strong storms and severe winds, and the bans, citizens who still go to the seas are endangering both their own lives and the lives of the people trying to save them.
MANY DROWNING CASES
Last week, many people who went to the sea despite the bans lost their lives by drowning, while in various coastal provinces, more than 10 people were rescued from drowning at the last moment.
