The F-16 fighter jet belonging to the 9th Main Jet Base Command in Balıkesir crashed today at 00:56 midnight. Contact was lost with the aircraft that took off from Balıkesir, and it was later determined that the plane had crashed in the Naipli area of the İzmir-Istanbul highway.
