The immunity files of 16 members of parliament have been submitted to the Assembly.

The Presidential Decrees on the Lifting of Legislative Immunity for 16 Members of Parliament have been referred by the Speaker of the Assembly to the Joint Committee composed of members of the Constitutional and Justice Commissions.

The members of parliament whose files have been sent to the Joint Committee are as follows: "CHP Chairman Özgür Özel, Co-Chairs of the DEM Party Tuncer Bakırhan, Tulay Hatımoğulları Oruç, CHP Group Deputy Chairman Ali Mahir Başarır, İYİ Party Group Deputy Chairman Turhan Çömez, CHP Malatya MP Veli Ağbaba, İYİ Party Gaziantep MP Mehmet Mustafa Gürban, DEM Party Muş MP Sümeyye Boz Çakı, DEM Party Van MP Gülderen Varli, DEM Party Şırnak MP Nevroz Uysal Aslan, DEM Party Şırnak MP Mehmet Zeki İrmez, DEM Party Kocaeli MP Ömer Faruk Gergerlioğlu, DEM Party Şanlıurfa MP Ferit Şenyaşar, DEM Party Hakkari MP Öznur Bartin, TİP Istanbul MP Ahmet Şık, Independent Istanbul MP Cemal Enginyurt."
