A total of 13 immunity files regarding 9 members of parliament were submitted to the Presidency of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM). There are 4 files concerning CHP Istanbul MP Cemal Enginyurt and 2 files regarding DEM Party Diyarbakır MP Berdan Öztürk, which were referred to the Joint Committee. Among the names whose motions were suspended are CHP's Tuncay Özkan and Independent Edirne MP Ediz Ün.
