A departure claim has been put forward for El Chadaille Bitshiabu, whom Galatasaray loaned from Leipzig at the start of the season. The 21-year-old French center-back, who was discussed over his excess weight after his transfer, has not yet played an official match in the yellow-and-red jersey. It was reported that the footballer, who is alleged to have failed to impress technical director Okan Buruk, is planned to be sent from the team in January.
El Chadaille Bitshiabu, whom Galatasaray signed on loan from the German club Leipzig at the start of the season, failed to make the expected start at the yellow-and-red team.
The French defender, who was alleged to be overweight after his transfer and unable to play before reaching the desired physical level, could not impress the coaching staff in the time that passed. The 21-year-old footballer has not yet played any minutes in an official match in a Galatasaray shirt.
IT WAS CLAIMED THAT OKAN BURUK WAS NOT KEEN ON THE TRANSFER
Galatasaray head coach Okan Buruk was not keen on Bitshiabu's transfer from the very beginning. It was claimed that a decision has been made regarding the future of the young centre-back at the team, who is said to have failed to meet the coaching staff's expectations.
HE COULD BE SENT BACK IN JANUARY
The report alleged that Galatasaray plans to part ways with the French footballer during the mid-season transfer window. The contract of Bitshiabu, who is on loan from Leipzig, includes a €28 million purchase option. However, it is on the agenda for the footballer, who has not yet played in an official match, to return to the German team without waiting until the end of the season. No official statement has yet been made by the club regarding the departure.
