Under international law, it is considered illegal for the occupying Israel to transfer its citizens to the occupied territories or forcibly displace the Palestinians living there. In the occupied West Bank, 451,000 Israelis and approximately 230,000 in East Jerusalem are seizing Palestinian lands. According to international law, these confiscations in the West Bank and East Jerusalem are considered illegal. Right-wing parties and politicians in Israel frequently advocate for the superiority of Jews in the occupied Palestinian territories, arguing that Israel should seize more land and annex the West Bank.

Additionally, attacks by Israelis seizing Palestinian lands are another form of violence that Palestinians are subjected to.
