The second hearing of the trial regarding the murder of Kubilay Kaan Kundakçı in an armed attack has begun. Defendant Alaaddin Kadayıfçıoğlu, who was at the podium to make his defense in court, began his statement by saying, "I am very sorry." In response, the Kundakçı family present in the courtroom reacted, saying, "What apology? You satisfied your ego. What apology?"

THE SECOND HEARING HAS BEGUN

The second hearing of the case regarding the armed attack in Ümraniye, Istanbul on March 19, which involved rapper Canbay and resulted in the death of Kubilay Kaan Kundakçı, has begun.

The case, being heard by the Anadolu 27th Heavy Penal Court and seeking life imprisonment for Alaattin Kadayıfçıoğlu and Aleyna Kalaycıoğlu, and up to 5 years in prison for İzzet Yıldızhan, continues with the trial of Aleyna Kalaycıoğlu, Alaattin Kadayıfçıoğlu, Hüseyin Can Avcı, Mustafa Rece, Metin Kadayıfçıoğlu, Ahmet Özkoç, and the non-custodial defendant Zuhal Kalaycıoğlu.

Alaattin Kadayıfçıoğlu concluded his statement by saying, "I have nothing else to say."

Defendant Aleyna Kalaycıoğlu stated in her testimony, "There is no evidence that I instigated. Alaattin may be that ignorant, but I am not unconscionable. I no longer have the strength to endure. I am also a victim of this incident. I request my release."
