The lifeless body of 70-year-old Ali Türkan, who went missing in the Elbistan district of Kahramanmaraş, was found as a result of search efforts. Investigations into the incident are ongoing.
The lifeless body of a citizen who was sought as missing in Kahramanmaraş has been found. According to the information obtained, the incident occurred in the Kalealtı neighborhood of the Elbistan district. After the search efforts initiated by the relatives of 70-year-old Ali Türkan following his disappearance yielded no results, the situation was reported to security forces. Upon notification, a search operation was launched in the area under the coordination of the Elbistan District Gendarmerie Command.
INVESTIGATION INTO THE INCIDENT CONTINUES
AFAD, Gendarmerie Search and Rescue (JAK), police forces, and volunteer teams participated in the efforts. As a result of searches conducted with drones and tracking dogs, the lifeless body of Ali Türkan was found.
After examinations at the scene, the body was taken to the Elbistan State Hospital morgue for an autopsy to determine the exact cause of death. The investigation into the incident continues.
