Some citizens tried to protect themselves from the rain with umbrellas, while others took shelter in tram stops and closed areas under buildings. Due to the rain in Zeytinburnu, Bahçelievler, and Bakırköy, water puddles formed on some streets. The drains in Dolmabahçe Tunnel Maçka exit were blocked by the rain, and teams are working in the area. It was also reported that there were flood reports in some parts of the European side, and the fire department teams were called. CABLE CAR SERVICES CANCELEDIn a statement made by Metro Istanbul, it was announced that the TF1 Maçka-Taşkışla and TF2 Eyüp-Piyer Loti Cable Car lines were not in service due to adverse weather conditions.
