Despite announcing an indefinite ceasefire with Iran, the US continues its military shipments to the Middle East. Radar data shows numerous US military transport aircraft heading to the region, while their destinations remain unknown.
Despite the declaration of an "indefinite ceasefire" between the USA and Iran, the US military shipment to the region continues unabated. Radar data images have identified numerous military transport planes taking off from bases in Europe and entering Middle Eastern airspace.
MILITARY BUILDUP CONTINUES
Although the destinations of the aircraft have not been officially announced, it is observed that the routes point to strategic bases in Jordan, Qatar, and Israel. Local sources in the region indicate that this intense air traffic includes not only personnel but also advanced air defense systems and ammunition reinforcements. Diplomatic circles evaluate this ongoing buildup despite the ceasefire as a strategy by the USA to maintain its deterrence in the region and make logistical preparations against possible tensions. The Tehran administration argues that this military activity casts a shadow over peace efforts.
Meanwhile, the Israeli Ministry of Defense recently announced that within the last 24 hours, two cargo ships and several planes carrying 6,500 tons of ammunition and light armored vehicles from the USA arrived in Israel.
In a statement from the Israeli Ministry of Defense, it was reported that the ships arriving at the ports of Haifa and Ashdod carried thousands of air and ground munitions, military trucks, Joint Light Tactical Vehicles (JLTV), and additional equipment.
The statement indicated that the 6,500 tons of equipment and ammunition were transported to various bases across the country, but no information was provided regarding which bases received the US military transport aircraft.
Defense Minister Yisrael Katz, quoted in the statement, claimed that their "goal is to ensure that the Israeli army can return to full-capacity attacks against its enemies anywhere when necessary."
Ministry of Defense Director General Amir Baram stated that US military shipments would continue intensively in the coming weeks.
The statement also included information that since February 28, when attacks on Iran began together with the USA, military cargo planes and ships had transported over 115,600 tons of military equipment from the USA to Israel.
AIRCRAFT LANDED AT US BASE IN QATAR
Additionally, last week, C-130 military transport aircraft were seen landing at the US Al Udeid base in Qatar. According to Flightradar24 data, US shipments on April 27 were made to military bases in the Gulf countries of Qatar and the UAE.
C-130 military transport aircraft were observed landing at the US Al Udeid base, located near Doha, the capital of Qatar.
