The teams from the Ministry of Trade are conducting price inspections in restaurants and eateries ahead of the Ramadan month. In Istanbul, 48 teams are checking the visibility of price lists and product weight information. Inspections will continue throughout Ramadan as well.

The Ministry of Trade teams continue their price inspections for restaurants ahead of the month of Ramadan. The ministry's teams are conducting inspections at establishments in the food and beverage sector, such as restaurants and eateries, across the country before the month of Ramadan. In this context, 48 teams are conducting inspections in approximately 28 districts in Istanbul.

During the inspection, it was examined whether the price lists were displayed at the entrance of the establishments and whether they were placed in a way that could be easily seen and read by consumers. Subsequently, the weight information of the products listed in the price lists was checked.

In addition to these, while the prices of the products on the menu and the bill were compared by the teams, the cover charges were also reviewed. The ministry's teams, which stated that inspections would continue to increase until the month of Ramadan, also informed that inspections would continue during Ramadan.
