The MIT neutralized the founder and protector of the PKK's Iranian structure, the YRK.

The National Intelligence Organization (MIT) detected that Iranian national terrorist İslam Dotkanlou was operating in the rural area of Pencevin in Iraq/Suleymaniye, thanks to the intelligence network it established in Iraq.

It has been learned that İslam Dotkanlou, who is on MIT's target list, was last active as the so-called Responsible of the Simko Serhildan Command Academy.

After joining the PKK, the Iranian national terrorist was assigned for a short period in Diyarbakır and Bitlis by the organization's upper management, during which he carried out many armed actions against Turkish security forces. İslam Dotkanlou also operated with the organization's senior cadres across the border.

It has been determined that the protector of İslam Dotkanlou, Iranian Şivan Çiya code Akam Şahe, also operated in Iran and Hakkari for a period. It was learned that he fled to Iraq during operations conducted by Turkish forces against the PKK/KCK within the border and was assigned in Suleymaniye by the organization’s management.

After MIT identified that PKK/KCK member İslam Dotkanlou and Akam Şahe were operating in the rural area of Pencevin through field agents, preparations for an operation began. The operation was launched at the most suitable time when the conditions were right. Terrorists DOTKANLOU and ŞAHE were neutralized in a pinpoint operation by MIT.

Born in Iran/Maku, İslam DOTKANLOU joined the rural cadres of PKK/KCK in 2002. He later crossed into Turkey and participated in many actions in the rural areas of Diyarbakır and Bitlis. In 2009, he operated in Iran Maku, Urmia, and Mukriyan. He was among the founders of the Eastern Kurdistan Defense Units (YRK). In 2020, he was assigned as the so-called Responsible of the Simko Serhildan Command Academy in the Pencevin area of Iraq/Suleymaniye.

Born in the city of Serdest in Iran, Şivan Çiya code Akam ŞAHE joined the rural cadres of PKK/KCK-PJAK YRK in 2016. After operating in Iran/Mukriyan, he crossed into Turkey in 2022. He was involved in separatist activities against our country in Hakkari. In 2024, he was assigned in Iraq/Suleymaniye.
