Footage of the moment a paraglider pilot lost his life during the paragliding festival in the Oğuzlar district of Çorum has emerged.
Paraglider pilot Bayram Kurt lost his life after falling from a height of 30 meters during festivals held in Oğuzlar district. Footage of the accident has emerged.
DIED AFTER FALLING FROM 30 METERS
The incident occurred yesterday at Tekke Plateau in the Oğuzlar district. According to information obtained, Bayram Kurt (48), who came from Antalya to participate in the Oğuzlar 3rd Traditional Paragliding and Plateau Festivals, climbed to Tekke Mountain at an altitude of 1540 meters for a flight. Taking off from there, Kurt fell from a height of 30 meters. Seriously injured, Bayram Kurt died at Oğuzlar State Hospital where he was taken.

Footage of the paragliding accident in which Kurt lost his life has emerged. In the footage recorded by citizens, Kurt's paraglider is seen remaining stationary in the air for a while due to the wind after takeoff, and then falling from approximately 30 meters.
