Security camera footage emerged of the moment Türkan Biçer (30) fell to her death from the balcony of her 7th-floor home in Ankara, where she lived with her fiancé. The footage shows Türkan Biçer hanging from the balcony for approximately 1.5 minutes before falling down.
Türkan Biçer fell from the balcony of her 7th-floor home, where she lived with her fiancé Fatih Özşen (46), on March 25 and lost her life. Biçer's body, found naked on the ground, was taken to the Ankara Forensic Medicine Institute for autopsy, while her fiancé Fatih Özşen was taken into custody. As Türkan Biçer's body was laid to rest, Fatih Özşen was arrested by the court after being brought before it.

Following the security camera recordings from inside the building that were previously added to the case file regarding Türkan Biçer's death, new camera footage of the incident moment has also emerged. The footage shows the scuffle on the balcony and the fall itself before Biçer fell.
HUNG ON THE BALCONY
It is seen that Biçer hung on the balcony for about 1.5 minutes after the scuffle and then fell down. Footage of Biçer entering the building with her fiancé, captured by security cameras, was also included in the file. The investigation into the incident continues.
