After the court's absolute nullity decision, posters of Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, who returned to the position of CHP Chairman, were hung on billboards in his hometown of Tunceli. The Tunceli Governorship, in its statement, denied the claims that the posters were hung on the orders of Governor Şefik Aygöl. It was stated that the posters were financed by a businessperson living in Germany.
Following the Ankara Regional Court of Appeal's decision of "absolute nullity" for the 38th Ordinary Congress of the CHP, Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu returned to the chairmanship. With this decision, Kılıçdaroğlu announced the new Central Executive Board (MYK) list.
