Adnan Kahveci Neighborhood in the Beylikdüzü district of Istanbul has a population of 111,164, making it the most populous neighborhood in Istanbul and the second most populous in Turkey. Features such as high-rise buildings and a low number of parking issues further increase this crowd. Although the neighborhood has a large population, the streets are empty due to the site culture.
According to the Address-Based Population Registration System, the most populous neighborhood in Turkey is Bağcılar, located in the Bağlar district of Diyarbakır, with a population of 160,136, while the second most populous neighborhood is Adnan Kahveci in the Beylikdüzü district of Istanbul, home to 111,164 people.
Beylikdüzü, with a total of 10 neighborhoods and a population of 422,988, has approximately one in four residents living in Adnan Kahveci Neighborhood. The neighborhood, which is densely populated with high-rise buildings and complexes, is located on the border of the Büyükçekmece district.
LOW PARKING PROBLEM, CLOSE TO TRANSPORTATION
The low parking problem compared to other neighborhoods and the ease of transportation are among the prominent features that make the neighborhood preferred.

Adnan Kahveci Neighborhood has surpassed Bayburt, which has a population of 82,836, Tunceli with a population of 85,083, and Ardahan, which hosts 90,392 people. The neighborhood's population has also exceeded many districts in Anatolia, as well as Şile, Adalar, and Çatalca in Istanbul.

Adnan Kahveci Neighborhood Muhtar Arzum Albayrak told AA reporter that Adnan Kahveci, with a declared population of 111,164, continues to be the most populous neighborhood in Istanbul and the second most populous neighborhood in Turkey this year.
Albayrak stated that the crowd does not reflect on the streets due to the neighborhood being composed of complexes, saying, "Because everyone has their own parking. We have parks and green areas. Therefore, we can observe this crowd proportionally in the neighborhood. There are 50 avenues and 109 streets in our neighborhood. In fact, it does not have a very large surface area. Because it consists of complexes and high-rise buildings, the population count of our neighborhood is very crowded." she said.
Albayrak stated, "We want to measure our size not by numbers, but by the solidarity in the neighborhood. Because our neighbors in the neighborhood are very connected to each other."
Expressing that she faces some difficulties while performing her duties as a woman, Albayrak said, "We turn these difficulties into advantages. Because a woman's communication power, attention to detail, certainly creates different effects among our neighbors. We put in a lot of effort, and we also receive the rewards." she said.
