The SSI Registration and Service History application ranked first with 288 million 340 thousand 199 clicks, while a total of 758 million 197 thousand 688 accesses were made to SSI services in the first 6 months of 2026. Işıkhan stated that they continue to provide faster and more effective services to citizens through digitalization.

MOST CLICKED APPLICATION BECAME SERVICE RECORD
According to the data shared by Minister Işıkhan, the most used applications on the e-Government Gateway were SGK services.
With over 288 million clicks, the SGK Registration and Service Record application stood out as the most accessed service on the platform.
OVER 758 MILLION ACCESS IN THE FIRST 6 MONTHS
Vedat Işıkhan stated that in the first 6 months of 2026, a total of 758 million 197 thousand 688 clicks were made to SGK services, emphasizing that they continue to provide fast and uninterrupted services to citizens.
Işıkhan reported that the usage rate of SGK services among all institutional services offered on the e-Government Gateway was 9.8 percent, and shared the following information about the most used services and click counts on e-Government in the first 6 months of this year:
