Galatasaray board member Abdullah Kavukcu went to Italy on Friday night to finalize the transfer process and bring Leao to Istanbul. The Portuguese star is expected to land in Istanbul around 4:00 PM on Saturday.

The financial details of the transfer have also been revealed. It was stated that Galatasaray will pay Milan 45 million euros plus bonuses for Rafael Leao. The 27-year-old star is expected to sign a 4-year contract with the yellow-reds and earn a net 12 million euros per year plus bonuses.
