The Super Lig giant Beşiktaş has started the countdown for a new head coach. The black-and-white team has made an official offer to Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and has reached a preliminary agreement with the Norwegian coach. NOTIFIED TO KAPIn a statement made by the club to KAP, it was expressed that negotiations have begun with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer for the head coach position. 1.5 YEAR AGREEMENTSolskjaer is expected to come to Istanbul today (Friday) around 14:00 - 15:00 with his manager to formalize the agreement with Beşiktaş. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is expected to watch the Beşiktaş-Samsunspor match from the stands and to be in charge of the team during the match against Athletic Bilbao. PREVIOUSLY ON THE AGENDABeşiktaş had also contacted the Norwegian coach during the period when they were looking for a head coach last season. Solskjaer has worked at Molde, Cardiff, and Manchester United during his career. Having last served at Manchester United, Solskjaer has not managed a team since leaving the English club in November 2021.
