Turan Akpınar has been appointed as the new Provincial Director of National Education following the school attack in Kahramanmaraş that resulted in the deaths of 10 people. Akpınar, who has served for many years within the Ministry of National Education, has begun his duties to carry out educational activities in the city. He stated that they aim to take significant steps in the field of education in Kahramanmaraş by collaborating with teachers, parents, non-governmental organizations, and philanthropists.
Turan Akpınar, who has many years of experience in the field of education, has been appointed as the Provincial Director of National Education in Kahramanmaraş. Akpınar, who has held teaching and administrative positions within the Ministry of National Education, has officially started his new role.

Throughout his professional life, Akpınar has held various positions in Bingöl, Istanbul, Zonguldak, Sivas, Adana, and Ankara, and he will continue his educational efforts in Kahramanmaraş with the experience he has gained.

After starting his duty, Akpınar shared his goals for strengthening education in Kahramanmaraş. He stated that they would work to increase access to education, improve the quality of education, and develop infrastructure.
