GRANDFATHER TURNED OUT TO BE FAMILIAR
It has been revealed that Latife El Durubi, who is also referred to as "Latife Shara" in the media, is the granddaughter of Alaaddin El Durubi, the doctor of Sultan Abdulhamid, one of the bureaucrats of the Ottoman state. According to information shared by journalist Zeynep Karataş, both Ahmed Shara and his wife Latife El Durubi come from aristocratic families with state experience in Syria. Karataş noted that the Shara and Durubi families raised Ottoman bureaucrats and politicians, and mentioned that Ahmed Shara married the daughter of an aristocratic family from Homs.
