After the threatening messages, it was learned that a restraining order was issued following the Yeşilduman family's complaint against Murat Y. However, it is claimed that Murat Y. did not comply with the restraining order and first came to his brother's house on the evening of January 10, threatening him. Then, last night, M.Y. returned to his brother's house, first breaking the windows of his brother's car and then breaking the windows of the apartment where Orhan Yeşilduman lived with stones and kicks, threatening, "I have already prayed my own funeral prayer. In the footage, Murat Y. is seen calling his brother outside, saying, "Before you go to the police, I will kill you tonight. You will die. I swore to kill you. Come here." Orhan Yeşilduman, who stated that he was threatened by his brother, said, "He was threatening with messages on the phone. Then, on January 10, he came to the house and knocked on the door. He rang the bell and then hit the window. He was constantly shouting. He was talking to my father on the phone and cursing and insulting him as well. We filed a complaint, and he was taken into custody. We came home. The next morning, my wife and I had breakfast at home, and I sent my nephew to work. Then I learned that he was lying in the lot in front of our house. He chased Emrah with an object in his hand. He came around 6:30 or 7 this evening. While we were eating in the kitchen, he first broke the window with a stone. Then he tried to break the windows with kicks. He said, 'I will kill myself, and before I kill myself, I will kill you.' I don't know why he did this. He is not just threatening me; he is making such threats to my whole family. He threatens my brother, my mother, my father, and my older sister in the same way. He curses everyone. He constantly curses everyone. He is my brother. There is no particular reason for this. It seems like there is no end to this. In the end, either I will die, or I will have to kill him to protect my family. There is already a restraining order, but these incidents are happening while the restraining order is in place. We are filing a complaint at the police station. They release him the next day. Then he comes back to my door again. I have a 3.5-year-old child who was very scared this evening. There was no disagreement between us. We were getting along very well, but he drinks alcohol and calls the whole family. Orhan does not respond to him, so he gets even angrier this time.
