A terrible incident occurred in Russia's Sverdlovsk region. A woman was attacked by a wild bear, and all parts of her body except for her head were destroyed.

A woman named Anastasia went for a walk from the city of Serov to the village of Novaya Kola around 1:00 AM on March 9. Security cameras captured the last moments of the woman walking on the icy road. After this footage, Anastasia was never heard from again.

In the search efforts initiated upon the report of local residents, only the woman's severed head was found. Authorities believe that the remaining parts of the body were eaten by wild animals or dragged to different locations.

Colonel Valery Gorelykh of the Sverdlovsk region police made the following statement regarding the matter: "Our search efforts continue in the area where the head was found. We are making efforts to locate the other body parts. It is highly likely that wild animals have dragged the remains in different directions."

Police officials are conducting DNA tests to confirm whether the found head indeed belongs to Anastasia. At the same time, the DNA of other missing persons in the area is also being compared.

Authorities have warned local citizens to be cautious against wild animal attacks and advised them not to go out alone, especially at night.
