In Beyoğlu, a man became furious when a taxi he tried to flag down did not stop, and he kicked the vehicle. As he broke the taxi's mirror, bystanders intervened to calm him down, and those moments were captured on camera.

A passenger in Beyoğlu became angry and kicked a taxi after it failed to stop when he tried to hail it. Nearby citizens attempted to control the situation.

KICKED A MOVING VEHICLE

The incident occurred a few days ago around 6:00 PM on Piyalepaşa Boulevard in the İstiklal neighborhood of Beyoğlu. According to reports, a person waiting by the roadside tried to flag down a taxi to go to his desired destination. However, when the taxi did not stop, the angry passenger kicked the moving vehicle.

BROKE THE MIRROR, TRIED TO ATTACK THE DRIVER

Then, tension arose between the taxi driver and the passenger. The angry passenger broke the taxi's mirror and attempted to attack the driver. Nearby citizens calmed the two before the situation escalated. Those moments were captured on a cellphone camera. The footage shows the agitated individual trying to approach the taxi driver while citizens attempted to calm the passenger down.
