The Ministry of Treasury and Finance's Privatization Administration will privatize certain properties in Tunceli, Mersin, Aydın, Muğla, and Ankara through an auction. Those wishing to participate in the tender must submit their final bids by June 18 and June 25.

The Ministry of Treasury and Finance Privatization Administration (ÖİB) will privatize certain real estate in Ovacık, Tunceli; Tarsus, Mersin; Kuşadası, Aydın; Bodrum, Muğla; and Çankaya district of Ankara through the "sale" method.

The announcement regarding the matter by ÖİB was published in the Official Gazette. Accordingly, the real estate in Davutlar Neighborhood of Kuşadası, Aydın; Karakaya Neighborhood of Bodrum, Muğla; Pulur Neighborhood of Ovacık, Tunceli; Yeni Neighborhood of Tarsus, Mersin; and Çayyolu Neighborhood of Çankaya, Ankara will be privatized.

The tender, which will be conducted by receiving closed bids from multiple bidders, discussions, and negotiations, will be concluded by an open auction. Those wishing to participate in the tender for the real estate in Tunceli, Mersin, Aydın, and Muğla must submit their final offers by June 18, while those participating in the tender for the real estate in Ankara must submit their final offers by June 25.
