After his procedures at the police station, Obut was referred to the courthouse and released under judicial control. A report was prepared by the forensic medicine institution based on the security camera footage and witness statements. The report stated that Ozolina braked due to a truck that appeared in front of her while she was in motion, and that Obut, who did not maintain a safe following distance, crashed into Ozolina's motorcycle from behind, indicating that Ozolina was not at fault in the accident, while Obut was primarily at fault. THE CAMERA THAT RECORDED THE INCIDENT DISAPPEAREDAli Şan, the lawyer for Tatiana Ozolina's family, stated that the camera on Ozolina's motorcycle, which was claimed to be recording at the time of the incident, went missing after the accident. He reported that a driver who stopped for the accident said he gave the camera to Obut, and requested anyone who saw the camera to come forward and give a statement to the prosecutor's office. Lawyer Ali Şan stated that the investigation regarding the accident is being conducted very meticulously by the prosecutor's office, saying, "We lost Tatiana Ozolina due to a tragic accident. We are only waiting for the report regarding the cause of death. All evidence has been collected in the case. However, the camera footage is missing. After the accident, a citizen stated that he gave the camera on Tatiana's motorcycle to another driver because the gendarmerie was not present at that time. This driver claims that he was not given any camera." Şan mentioned that they expect the indictment to be prepared shortly, stating, "In the accident report taken by the prosecutor's office, it is established that Tatiana was not at fault, and the suspect was at fault.
