The situation in Lebanon is a disaster! Israel is sending this message to phones in the country it is bombing.

Israeli warplanes began bombing over Lebanon again this morning. The Israeli army announced that hundreds of targets were attacked in southern and eastern Lebanon. According to the Lebanese official news agency NNA, the warplanes carried out airstrikes in the areas and valleys between the towns of Ez-Zerrariye and Ansar, which are located in the southern part of the country. Statements from the Lebanese Ministry of Health revealed that the toll in the country is increasingly severe.

Israel has started to attack Lebanon, which it first hit with cyberattacks, with intense aerial bombardment. The attacks targeted many locations, including the surroundings of Abba, Jebshit, Ash-Sharkiyeh, En-Nemriyeh, Kfar Tannbit, Nabatiyeh el-Fawka, Deir ez-Zahrani, Rumin, Humin el-Fawka, Yahmur, Arnun, and Secd, as well as the Kfar Rumman highway, the hills in the Et-Tuffah region, and Mount Reyhan. At the same time, Israel also carried out airstrikes in many areas in the east of the country, including Bekaa, Shemstar, Budai, En-Nebi Sheet, and Baalbek. Israeli warplanes heavily bombed the Litani River bed at the foothills of Ed-Delafe in southern Lebanon and areas east of Tyre.

EDUCATION HAS BEEN SUSPENDED NATIONWIDE

Lebanon's Minister of Education Abbas el-Halebi announced that all universities and schools across the country will suspend education tomorrow. Halebi stated that the developments in the military and security situation pose a danger to students going to school. Meanwhile, due to the intense attacks by the Israeli army, thousands of Lebanese are migrating from the southern city of Tyre and other southern regions towards the northern cities of Sidon and Beirut.

ISRAEL ATTACKED HOMES AND GAS STATIONS

According to a report by the Lebanese official agency NNA, the Israeli army carried out airstrikes on homes and a gas station in Bekaa. Due to the intensification of airstrikes by the Israeli army since the morning hours, the people in the southern regions, especially those close to the border, have been forced to flee towards the north of the country.

ISRAELI ARMY ANNOUNCED AIRSTRIKES ON BEKAA VALLEY

Israeli Army Spokesperson Daniel Hagari held a press conference to provide information about the attacks in Lebanon. Hagari stated that more than 300 "targets" were hit in the attacks that began this morning. He mentioned that they would carry out airstrikes on the Bekaa Valley in eastern Lebanon, claiming that Hezbollah was preparing to attack Israel from the region.

HEZBOLLAH RESPONDED WITH ROCKET FIRE FROM LEBANON

Following the series of intense airstrikes carried out by Israel on Lebanon since the morning hours, Hezbollah responded with rocket fire towards areas in northern Israel. Sirens sounded in the Carmel, Lower and Upper Galilee regions surrounding Haifa in northern Israel. Some areas where the attack sirens sounded entered the range of targets from Lebanon for the first time since the conflicts began in October 2023. The Israeli army spokesperson reported that approximately 5 rockets were fired from Lebanon towards the Carmel area near Haifa, some of which were intercepted by air defense systems. It was also observed that some of the fired rockets hit their targets.

In the statement from the army spokesperson, it was noted that 5 rockets were fired at the Upper Galilee region and about 25 rockets at the Lower Galilee region, some of which were intercepted by air defense systems while others fell in open areas. Meanwhile, attack alarms sounded again near Haifa. With the interception of rockets fired from Lebanon by air defense systems, strong explosions were heard in the area. For the first time since October 2023, attack alarms were sounded in the Israeli settlements in the occupied West Bank due to rockets fired from Lebanon. Israeli media reported that in the latest round, 25 more rockets were fired from Lebanon towards Israel. Accordingly, Hezbollah fired approximately 95 rockets at Israel since the morning hours. Some of the rockets that fell in open areas in Israel did not result in casualties, except for a house that was hit and some light injuries.

THE DEATH TOLL HAS RISEN TO 274

Lebanese Minister Ebyad provided information about the Israeli attacks at a press conference. Ebyad stated that the number of people who lost their lives in the attacks carried out by Israel today has risen to 274, and the number of injured has increased to 1024.

STATEMENT FROM HEZBOLLAH

The Lebanese Hezbollah also announced in written statements that, in solidarity with the resistance of the Palestinian people in Gaza, they targeted the Israeli army's northern command's ammunition depot at the Nimra military base, and that missile and artillery units in the region targeted the Yoav headquarters with dozens of rockets in response to Israel's attacks on southern Lebanon and Bekaa.

ISRAEL SENT MESSAGES TO LEBANESE PHONES

Israel sent warning messages to Lebanese people's phones, urging them to "immediately evacuate their locations." The messages called on Lebanese people to "immediately evacuate their locations," emphasizing that this was carried out within the framework of the psychological warfare conducted by Israel. The report also stated that a message calling for the "evacuation of the building" was received by the answering machine in the office of Information Minister Ziyad al-Makari. In his statement, Makari mentioned that as part of the psychological warfare adopted by Israel, phone messages containing calls for "evacuating their location" were sent to many citizens in Beirut and some regions through Israel, and that these messages were sent randomly.

Makari stated that the employees of the Ministry of Information were focused on their duties, and he called for not giving excessive credence to such situations, noting that the issue was being monitored by the relevant authorities. The Israeli newspaper Haaretz also reported in a news sourced from the army that "the Israeli army is planning an attack on Lebanon, and it is expected to be larger and longer-lasting than the one on Sunday." The Israeli army had called on civilians in southern Lebanon in the morning to evacuate and stay away from houses and buildings that it claimed belonged to Hezbollah. Army spokesperson Avichay Adraee also stated in a video statement that Hezbollah was hiding weapons in many homes and buildings in the villages and towns of southern Lebanon. Adraee, who expressed that Hezbollah was preparing for attacks on Israel, called on the civilian population to evacuate the houses and buildings where he claimed Hezbollah was hiding weapons.
