A dispute broke out between teacher Hatice Çelik, who is the mother of one child and was previously complained about and had a restraining order against her husband, specialist sergeant Gökhan Çelik. It is stated that there was incompatibility between the couple due to jealousy. Gökhan Çelik pulled out his gun when Hatice Çelik got out of the car and tried to escape. However, Gökhan Çelik shot and killed his wife, who was also serving in Mardin, from behind, and then shot his brother-in-law Murat Akdöker. The police, who conducted an operation in the house, caught the slightly injured Çelik and took him into custody.
