The TFF Club Licensing Board has imposed a 3-point deduction penalty on the Trendyol Super League team Adana Demirspor.

According to a statement from the TFF, the club licensing process for the 2024-25 season has concluded. The Club Licensing Board conducted final evaluations within the framework of the National Club Licensing System, examining the applications of clubs in the top three leagues: Trendyol Super League, Trendyol 1st League, and Nesine 2nd League, based on sporting, football social responsibility, infrastructure, personnel-administrative, legal, and financial criteria.

Accordingly, Adana Demirspor from the Super League and Nazillispor, Afyonspor, Giresunspor, Bucaspor 1928, and Altay clubs from the Nesine 2nd League, which failed to complete their deficiencies within the given timeframes, have been subjected to a 3-point deduction penalty. Following this decision, Adana Demirspor, which is in last place in the Super League with 2 points, has dropped to -1 point.
